Biography

Vivian Valdez Saldana, originally from Fresno, California, obtained her B.S. Degree in International Business from Fresno State University before moving to Madrid, Spain. While there, she worked as an Interpreter for the Foreign Commercial Service at the American Embassy, assisting American companies to establish franchise business opportunities in Spain. Later, she earned her Juris Doctor and began working in the San Francisco Bay Area with various firms dedicated to workers’ compensation defense.

After returning to Fresno, Vivian started working alongside her father, who inspired her passion for the law. She is a skilled attorney who is fluent in Spanish and specializes in workers’ compensation, personal injury, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and trucking accidents involving tractor-trailers. Vivian is a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a prestigious group limited to attorneys who have resolved at least one case by settlement or trial with a value exceeding two million dollars. Vivian has resolved multiple cases at or above this threshold. Vivian has been selected to the 2024 Northern California Super Lawyers list, an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. Only 5% of attorneys in Northern California receive this distinction. She is also a top-rated workers' compensation lawyer in Fresno.
